How long does setup take?

Do residents have to use the app?
No. For residents who don't use the app, you can record payments by bank transfer, cash or bank reconciliation, and send announcements by SMS or email.
Can I manage more than one building?
Yes. Management companies and managers with several buildings run all their sites from one account with the portfolio view.
Can my accountant or staff use it too?
Yes. There are separate roles for accountants, maintenance staff and security guards, and every user only sees the screens they have access to.
Is our data safe?
All connections are encrypted, every critical action is logged along with who did it, and managers can sign in with two-step verification. Personal data is processed in line with KVKK, Turkey's data protection law.
